Hi everyone, I thought I would just summarise the past 5
years of significant/notable blog posts into one list. I don’t blog much now,
but I like to do something special on anniversaries.
See Ya! And thanks for reading.
Notable blog posts:
I don’t directly state that I have a YouTube channel until a
later date.
I complain about there being no
real followers, but say that fans have voted for a Space Marines vs Tyranids
gameplay video. It’s like there being a starving person at a free buffet;
ironic.
In both ‘Gameplay Videos’ and these two posts I display
efforts to make the blog more interactive and enjoyable. Better than later
years I can assure you.
I just love the pictures. It makes a much more enjoyable
blog post that way. Also the information is quite good, pointing out important
things related to my video making.
While I didn’t stick to the results of this poll the whole
way through, I did eventually come to create videos on MrMabeanie that aimed
for that length of video as a maximum length. You won’t find many MrMabeanie
videos after August 2013 (apart from Friday Night Fun) with a length longer
than 9 minutes. By the way 9 minutes won the poll.
DemiMonta doesn’t do YouTube any more. As far as I could
trace his last video was a collab with another YouTuber on a series called ‘Let’s
Talk’. The collaborator still does videos I think. Also I like that I took
screenshots at that time because I don’t have a time machine to go back and see
how my channel looked back then.
This is my first mention of the Toggle Blog; which is now the
AIM Industries Official Blog.
Restrictions on uploading videos probably made it easier for
me to make better videos when it came to showing new updates on my Minecraft
with Mabeanie world.
The Other Mabeanie Channel wasn’t as popular as The Mabeanie
Channel when it came to getting subscribers and views, but after uploading my
Minecraft special ‘The Keep Of May’ I gained many subscribers thanks to
DurandalOfAegis.
I regret not making the most of DoW 2 as I cannot play it
any more. So I guess embracing what I did with it is all I can do now. 2011 was
a big year for my YouTube career.
The list of games is still relevant because I have most of
those games still. Also in my Zuma’s Revenge Friday Night Fun episode I linked
to it so people know what games I have. I believe I made it after recording an
episode of Minecraft with Mabeanie.
These are two series which shaped The Other Mabeanie
Channel. All I could do was make episodes. I think holidays start in November
and end in January. So I did lose quite a bit of time, but made some good
videos with the time I had.
I used that schedule right up to my Goodbye video. The only
changes I made were what I’d be uploading, and then when I restricted the
amount of videos I’d upload to 500 megabytes. When I come back I will put it
back into work.
By stopping playing games I also forced AIM Industries to
not begin until 2013. Also I believe I stopped playing games the day we
recorded the first three videos for AIM as well as the Behind the Scenes on me
making the intro and outro videos.
Man, I remember those cinematics being really good too. I
don’t know what happened to them, but I guess I deleted them through anger or
just deciding they sucked. Probably my deciding there wouldn’t be a second
season of Minecraft with Mabeanie. I was very conflicted then.
I love this as well. I cleverly showed the differences
between both Dawn of War series from my experience of playing the actual
table-top game.
Liar: I loved Minecraft up until 2014 when I recorded Mine
Craft Building Stuff: Colossal Conclusion when I developed a kind of ‘old
friend’ relationship with the game. As if we’d gone through tough times—No better!
Like an old girlfriend or something where we’ve just ended the hatred and
bitterness after a difficult relationship. Perfect.
I can’t believe it took me so long to state on my own blog
the existence of AIM. This shows how confused I was over Minecraft.
This was part of my short film called ‘TheMabeanie’s Revenge’
where TheMabeanie turns against me for paying more attention to MrMabeanie. I
don’t normally plug my own stuff like this unless I’m super proud of it. This
was TheMabeanie taking over the blog.
The rebirth of MrMabeanie: Things would never be the same
after this.
I like being more of an internet personality where I’m
collaborating and doing lots of stuff related to other people’s work. This is
especially so after MrMabeanie was reborn into this high-quality video
production.
I still believe this. My own videos are often short and
hopefully entertaining. This is except for Sonic Adventure DX on AIM
Industries.
This is what my channels are.
This is a good decision by me.
This is me balancing the workload of doing all three of my
personal channels as well as making videos for AIM Industries.
I loved that point system, so Google removed it because they
are evil.
It was quite hard work to finish up my channels and move to
AIM Industries.
I think I gave the idea that I actually owned the laptop
when it was actually a school loan while I was studying in my Australian
History course. I don’t have a laptop.
In my opinion this is the beginning of the end for
ihasnobeanie; me paying even more attention to it.
This is more evidence of the end of ihasnobeanie.
This was the series in which I lost my love for Minecraft.
My life was simpler back in 2011. I don’t think that’s the reason I became
obsessed with the game. It is a good game, but I’m too creative for spending so
much time playing one game.
